The OSP Bent Minnow's unique bent body shape allows for different retrieves to simulate a range of appeals to lurking bass. Dead stickling the bait makes it float on its side like a dying baitfish, creating ripples with a long pause and convulsive action. Twitching the bait softly a couple of times then pausing creates the illusion of a weakened baitfish fleeing and resting. More vigorous twitching producing a more irregular action, not only left and right but also up and down, imitating bursting shad scurring from a hungry hoard.
