Shipping Carries that we use; UPS and USPS

Tracking numbers are issued on 100% of shipments.

Any un-insure product damaged or lost in shipment will NOT be refunded or exchanged.

Returns - Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Hammond’s Fishing Center does not take back orders at this time.

Shipping Time Breakdown

With the exception of Priority Overnight Saturday Delivery, weekend days are not included in the travel time of a package. All UPS shipments offer tracking. Delivery and transit days are Monday-Friday only. Packages do not move in transit, or deliver on weekends.

Returns and Exchanges

In the event that you would like to return an item, please locate your INVOICE (likely sent via email) and Invoice Number, then contact Hammond’s Fishing Center Customer Service – hammondsfishing@yahoo.com

A representative will be happy to help your Monday through Saturday.

All returns must be approved by Hammond’s Fishing Center before the return shipment can be sent and accepted.

All other customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned product.

If you have a question that your invoice does not address please call and speak with a customer service representative who will give you return information specific to the product you are returning.

If you need to submit a warranty for a product, please take pictures of the affected product/damage/defect and email them to us. We will work with the manufacturer to get the issue resolved.

Refund Policy

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hammondsfishing@yahoo.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
